5 minute chicken wraps

Chicken Wraps

Mr. Husband is working tonight, so dinner was chicken wraps for one, served in red cabbage leaves. It was literally a 5 minute thing because I used pre-cooked chicken tenderloins from the fridge. So easy!

Here is what I did:

  • chopped carrots, chicken, and a can of water chestnuts.
  • quickly stir fried those things in a little oil, while adding bits of the following, to taste:  rice vinegar, tamari, fish sauce, red chili oil, and blackstrap molasses.
  • Serve with cabbage leaves.

Served hot, with cold cabbage leaves. It would also be good with jasmine rice (or cauliflower rice) and chopped green onion.

In other news, I managed to get my first salon haircut in waaaaaay over a year. Feels nice!
