Beef Marinade

Coconut aminos (or tamari), fresh grated ginger, sesame oil, minced garlic, chopped green onion. Marinate in the fridge for a day or so, and then grill… Mmmmm. Trust me!   

Omg, and honey! I forgot honey! Though it’s optional.



  1. I was just thinking last night I wanted a good marinade! This looks delicious. I’m going to give it a try.

    1. Great! It’s a Korean-style bulgogi marinade taught to me by a Korean friend of mine that I adapted (changing sugar for honey, getting rid of the gluten-containing soy sauce). It goes great with a side of kimchi and toasted seaweed (and sticky rice, if you’re going nuts for the evening, and/or serving non-paleo guests). 🙂
      Thin-sliced beef really soaks up the marinade, but it’s a good compliment to anything. I just add and mix until it tastes right. A little of this, a little of that. And then I let it marinate for at least a day. One of my faves.
